You can choose your nearest Natalys boutique as the delivery address. When the parcel is delivered to the boutique, an email will be sent to you to notify you that it has been received. You can collect your parcel within 10 working days of delivery. After this period, your order will be returned to the Natalys warehouse. Upon receipt, the parcel will be returned to stock and you will be reimbursed for the amount of your order.
