If an item is missing from your parcel (and it does not appear on your delivery note), please check beforehand whether an explanatory e-mail was sent to you by our services on the day your order was dispatched. If this is the case, please contact us, specifying the reference number concerned. We will then be able to tell you whether this is a warehouse error or whether the product in question is out of stock. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will either re-ship the product or issue a refund.
