For any order placed on Natalys.com, you have a right of withdrawal of 30 days, from the date of receipt of your package, to return the items ordered. This right is exercised by returning all or part of your order. To obtain a returns form, go to the Returns section of your account.
You can return your item under the following conditions:
- in its original packaging,
- with the order form
- with the returns form duly completed,
- with the returns number correctly written on your parcel (this is essential for us to be able to receive it).
Please note: Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or visibly used will not be accepted.
The return of the product will be at your expense. We recommend that you use the Colissimo tracking service to send your parcel. The return of the product is at the customer's risk. On receipt of your parcel, an initial e-mail will confirm that your return has been processed. A second e-mail will inform you that your return has been validated, detailing the resulting refund. The refund will be made to your original method of payment within 14 days. If your bank card expires before your refund is processed, a bank cheque will be drawn up and sent to you by post.
For the return of furniture or bulky items requiring collection, please contact our customer service department. Returns will not be accepted for services that have begun, with the customer's agreement, before the end of the 30-day period previously stipulated (e.g. gift cards).
Please note: All Natalys brand items sent to you are subject to very careful quality control. If, despite all our efforts, you have noticed a quality problem with one of our Natalys brand products, we invite you to return it to us by following the returns procedure. Once we have assessed the problem, we will reimburse you for your item and the cost of returning it (on presentation of a Post Office invoice). We will not be able to send the item back to you.
