You can return one or more items from your order, free of charge, to your nearest Natalys boutique. After a quality control and validation, the returned item will be reimbursed within 14 days by credit card or gift card (depending on the original method of payment).
You cannot return furniture or bulky childcare items (e.g. pushchairs, highchairs, car seats, etc.) in shop. As these items require collection, please contact Customer Services directly.
