If you paid for an item online using a gift card, a new gift card will be credited with the amount corresponding to your refund. If your return is made in a shop, the store will give you your new gift card directly. If your return is made to our warehouse, a new virtual gift card will be credited with the amount corresponding to your refund and will be sent to you directly by e-mail within 14 days of the date of receipt of your returned item.
